What a blessing this app has been for both personal and business use. The app is great; and solid. The team behind it seems awesome. A+++

It just keeps telling me that my connection isn’t working and I go somewhere else, it still doesn’t work. I can do everything else that has to do with connection, but not this.

I enjoy this feature it’s different than live chat. I like leaving family a video message

It is a great tool for ASL users and very reliable service as well. I hope we will have this forever for communication purporting Deaf Community!

Has anyone else been having issues when someone leaves you a Marco that it takes a few seconds to view it? For it to even show up after you click where the video shows up.

I just wanted to say that I have really enjoyed this app and connecting with my best friend getting to see her face hear her voice and we are five hours away from one another just refresh’s my soul and I just thank Marco Polo for that! 💃☺️🙌🏼

I've been using the app for years now. But the service has had numerous hiccups lately with messages not coming in or going out. Unistalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, but the issues persist. Which means the issue is on the server/developer side. Great app, but it's been losing it's dependability as time has gone on. At this point it's more reliable to just record a message on my phone and send it via text, WhatsApp, or Facebook Messenger.

It is an awesome app. I have a iPad so this makes it so I can talk to people I usually couldn’t, since they have Samsung.

Let me control what notifications I get. I only want notifications for when someone is talking to me. Anything else and you’re prioritizing your own needs over your user base.

I use the free version. I like talking instead of typing as a way of keeping in touch with friends. Down side: the ad for the paid version fills more than the screen and the “x” is at the edge of my screen partially cut off so I can’t close the ad and I have to wait several minutes and try to reopen the ad.

Free to download but then have to pay to use. Would be nice to know that up front.

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and the app is up to date and I’m still having issues with it not playing videos or waiting until the video is already over. I’m about to cancel my premium subscription

This is a great app to stay connected with friends and family and has improved over the years. But at some point they locked basic functions behind a pay wall which was a bummer. $60/yr for 1 person or $120/yr for family and no month to month option. I feel like they could easily cut those prices in half and more people would probably consider paying for it. Plus they always advertise the $120 plan making most people unaware that the $60 plan is even an option, and the advertisement pops up often and takes up the whole screen, making an accidental purchase more likely. :(

Marco Polo was messing up, I deleted the app and redownloaded it because every now and then you have to. When I did, it messed with the recording and sounds like water running or wind blowing in the microphone. It’s just this app because any other app records just fine. I almost have to yell now.

This is a really fun app! You can just say everything you want to say without anyone interrupting you. 😄 I love that, since I’m a quiet person and someone with a louder voice usually jumps in and interrupts me before I finish saying what I wanted to say.

Marco Polo is the best. I use it with a lot of of my friends and my family. You literally click one button to record and one button to stop, even my parents can figure it out.

So I really love Marco Polo because instead of just calling or texting I can send video messages! I do have one thing that I think would be a great addition. I think that it would be really cool if Marco Polo could make widgets you could put on your home screen for taking seconds, message the last person you talked to and other things like that! Anyways, I love Marco Polo And I hope others will try it out!

I think Marco Polo is a great app for friends who like to talk a lot, but just don’t know how to say it in text. It is perfect for a quick conversation. It is a great idea for an app.

I do enjoy the simplicity of the app. I am able to use it very easily. Not hard to understand at all.

This app is great for asynchronous video chats with people living in different time zones or with different work schedules. However, a close friend recently suffered a TBI and I recommended we talk over this platform because it allows for asynchronous communication without the confusion of receiving a response to a Snapchat you sent days ago and not even remembering what you sent. But for people downloading this app for the first time, it forces them to agree to connect a payment method for a 7-day free trial of premium? I would gladly accept more adds as a free user than risk the harm of my friend downloading your app and being charged $60 because her brain injury is causing short-term memory deficits…which is the entire reason why I recommended we talk through Marco Polo. This is predatory behavior on your part.

I like how you can change your voice to super squeaky or super deep.

i use this app every day with my friends. i like that you can create a group chat with friends on the app. love it!!

You likely use Marco Polo with your Bluetooth headphones, like I am sure most people do. Little discovery, the app isnt using your headphones but your device microphone. Hence the road noise, making the person speaking the background noise and what ever your phone is near, that’s the main sound coming through.

Me and my bff have been chatting on here for ages and she lives far away and we never get to see each other and it helps so much for us to see each other!

I enjoy the app bits it’s annoying when I get a notification and the video is updating so I have to wait for it to show up.

Dear Marco pollo I LOVE UR APP it is so much fun. I love connecting with my friends on it! However sometimes it is hard to connect with them because they send a long video. And I don’t have time to watch the whole video. However it costs A LOT of money to buy plus to speed it up or get a full transcript. I was wondering if you could make those parts free as many of my friends and I have considered deleting your app due to this. Which is sad bc I love how safe and good the community is on this app. ALSO ADD PLS ADD MORE FILTERS JUST FOR FUN

Please fix the camera quality. Videos shouldn’t be pixelated when Snapchat and other phones have great cameras. Next update really needs to make the videos more clear

It is not letting me record and is being really slow

For two days I have been trying to sign up for this and I put my number in over and over and over again and it will not send me a verification code. I have never been more upset with an app before.

My family and I love sending polos to our family group to stay in touch and announce fun achievements!!

The idea of polo is amazing. Being able to leave video messages and listen and respond when you can is life changing. However, this app functionality is awful. You cannot use headphones while on polo meaning you have to have the headset to your ears in order to listen or be heard. The app constantly freezes or will not load for polos longer than 60 mins

This app used to be great. Had a couple of years no fee and I was able to go back and see old polos. Now you have to pay. I don’t make much money and this was a way to see videos of friend no longer with us. I think the ones that have been users for more than a year should be grandfathered in to free premium account. I don’t use it much anymore. It’s easier and free to record a video and send through another app.

It’s really good app!! I love it!! But I’m not sure I can stand the low quality anymore.

This app used my contact info without my permission, and each time I leave a review it mysteriously disappears. Warming: even if you turn off contact sync this app will suggest you reach out to people deep in your contacts who you haven’t spoken to in years. I double-checked my settings and I never allowed syncing of contacts, it was disabled since I downloaded the app.

I love this app! It keeps me in touch with my family members. Everyone is so busy and the app makes it possible to share what is going on with them and I can respond when it is convenient for me!
